We opened the doors of Prime Cut Hair Design in June of 1978. Our salon started with 3 stylists and 1 receptionist in a small, 1000 square ft building on Michigan Avenue. Just two years later, we moved the salon to a State Street location, growing from 3 stylist to 9. We transitioned from hair only to a hair and nail salon, offering manicures and pedicures. 

   Over the years and as we continued to grow as a team, the salon moved to its current location in 1996, to 3750 Fortune Boulevard in Saginaw, Michigan. For the past 40 years, Prime Cut Hair Design has focused on the same vision. We strive to have a professional salon that does quality hair and nail care for all members of the family. We continually focus on maintaining a high level of educated stylists and 

nail technicians. We pride ourselves with staying current in all areas of our profession. Our staff is continually being trained to offer the best service to all of our clients.
